  • RTÉ's Festival Folk Notes:
    • These recordings and videos were part of the RTÉ's Festival Folk series, recorded at the National Stadium, Dublin in the summer of 1982.
    • Three albums featuring various artists, were released in 1982 & '83.
    • Full length albums of performances from these concerts were released by Jim McCann, Paddy Reilly, The Fureys and Davey Arthur, The Dublin City Ramblers, the Morrisseys, etc.
    • Additionally, 30-minute "Vision of Ireland" videos (from these concerts) were released by these same artists, and others …
    • The Dubliners released a much longer video, but no album.
    • Also featured in The Dubliners' video are Jim McCann, Paddy Reilly and Eamonn Campbell — none of whom were officially in the group at the time.
